Management Qualifications and Accredited programmes

Chatsworth Training can provide programmes and qualifications accredited by the ILM (Institute of leadership and management). The most popular qualifications today are the NVQ's in:

Level 2 Award in Team Leading - aimed at practising team/cell leaders looking to develop consistent, competent performance at this level.

Level 3 Award in First Line Management - appropriate for practicing or aspiring first line managers to gain a solid foundation for their development as a manager.

Coaching in the workplace

There are also VRQ's (Vocationally Related Qualifications) available which tend to be quicker to complete.

Funding is often available to offset the cost of the programmes and we are happy to advise on this. Generally speaking we would need 6 or more delegates to make running a course viable.
